The visit focused on inspecting the company's advanced manufacturing capabilities, particularly the application of KUKA robotic arms for propeller blade grinding and finishing.
During the tour, Zhenjiang Jinye Propeller demonstrated how the KUKA robotic arm is used for precision grinding, deburring, and surface treatment of nickel-aluminum bronze (Cu3/Cu4) propeller blades. The automated system significantly improves consistency and efficiency while reducing manual errors and enhancing workplace safety.
